P7 Emotional Intelligence Programme

Hugo MacOscar has carried out a series of workshops with the Primary 7 pupils.  To date they have had the opportunity through fun, interactive sessions, to develop their overall emotional skills. These activities have focused on understanding choice making, identifying feelings, understanding assumptions, examining and lowering anxiety, becoming aware of feelings, dealing with anger, examining and accepting responsibility and choosing happiness.
